If I recall, it was Skip Hamilton, Carlin, Wells and I on the first ascent. Karl and Bernie Arndt and Paul Sibley were on various attempts and/or the second ascent the next winter. I 'bit my toes a year or two before '66 on our first attempt and made sure I had double boots from then on.
