From Cancha CampClimbed with Jon from Cancha Camp 4100m - easy and short scree ascent on our rest day before climbing Rincon 5350m. Up on summit around 8.30am and views were fantastic - well worth the visit. Another quite airy summit in similar way to Stepanek - you don't want to fall off this!!

Loose RocksThe way up was rather scary with loose rocks falling everywhere, came down on the normal route.

Normal RouteClimbed the same day as Stepanek on a pleasant day walk from Las Veguitas accompanied by 3 stray dogs. The dogs summitted both before we did!

Route Climbed: Normal Date Climbed: December 3, 2005Snow in the long couloir to the plateau. Quite interesting climbing in parts. The peak was higher than expected and the GPS showed 4285m on the summit.
