Sounds like a great time!

I have to seriously respect anyone who climbs Adams... especially for the fact that everyone who comes to this area either climbs Rainier or Hood. Even just driving to Adams can be an adventure, since many roads in the area are washed out or deep in snow most of the year. Congrats on a great trip!

Re: Sounds like a great time!

Thanks for the nice comment!! I love the Cascades! Being solo, this seemed like a good choice and it was!

Congrats

Congrats on what sounded like a fine climb, Bruno! Looks like you made the front page! I'll have to get up there someday and do Adams and Baker.

Re: Congrats

Thanks Kevin! Let me know when you plan on Baker; I wouldn't mind joining you on that one. Should be up there again next summer to do Rainier.

Nice!

Mt. Adams was my first mountain, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Glad you had good weather, that's far from normal around here :)

Re: Nice!

Thanks! Yes, I definitely can't complain about the weather! Two years in a row I had sunny skies. Does that mean I will end up in a horrible storm next summer :) ?
