I'd say "well-maintained" would be a relative term. Like most parts of Idaho, trail condions in the Lehmis range from well worn (especailly near the trailheads) to overgrown. But I really can't speak for the entire range since I've only been in this one area. You should go check it out, just gotta invest a fair amount of time and gas money to get there.
