Castle Crags Sunset

Castle Crags State Park is located just south of Mt. Shasta City and the entrance is a few hundred yards off to the right from Interstate 5. If you drive past the entrance for about 3.5 miles and park, get out, and look behind you, you will see this same image. The road continues climbing for about 10 miles and allows for a return trip on the opposite side of the mountain where you began.
