The first pass of the Eiger North east pillar was done of the Poles made on 28-31 July 1968 !!! Polish route - Krzysztof Cielecki, Tadeusz Łaukajtys, Ryszard Szafirski, Adam Zyzak. The Austrian route this was the second pass.
The correct spelling: Stefan Daszyński, Konstanty Narkiewicz-Jodko, Stefan Osiecki, Wiktor Ostrowski
