the conditions at any ice route will change from year to year. Given that fact the rating can change as well. This year 2007-2008 winter, I believe that the route goes at WI3-4 since it is really steep and protection is very very poor.
I just moved to St Paul and can't wait for some good climbing this winter. When does this route usually form up? Anybody interested in expanding this page to include more spots in the Twin Cities area?
