Great looking peakI think that your pic shows this peak to be pretty awesome. Great shot.

Re: Great looking peakThanks for the compliment, Dean. Though I must say I myself am not too pleased with the rendering of this photo by sp.com (same thing happened on a couple of other uploads of mine today). You can see a grid in the image (particularly at the bottom): clear squares with fuzzy perimeters. Since this is not in my original, it has to be something sp.com is doing. I've noticed it before on occassion.

Re: Great looking peakI climbed Kyes Peak (from Blanca Lake I believe) but the day was cloudy and I had no such luck with a view. Not the first time that has happened but now I'd like to do it again so I could capture this view as I now know what I missed.
The SP thing is kind of weird. I have had the same thing occur on occasion but I deleted the picture, and then resubmitted it at a different time and had better results. SP will resize pics and cause them to lose definition at times, making them blurry or grainy. Anyway, I always enjoy your pics as you seem to go to the same places I do. Keep up the good work.

Re: Nice TryWell it is known as the Matterhorn of the Cascades. Or did you know that and were being humorous?
