"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Looy NaClimbed as part of a 6 day 2 person "expedition" into the area. We had planned to continue north down the slopes to reach the Caspian Forests. Once we saw the steep slopes on the north side of Looy Na, The fog filled valleys below, the uncertain weather...along with the fact that we really did not know what laid ahead, we started to have second thoughts. In the end, however, we did go ahead and continued with our plans. I am very glad we did.
