"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Hike of Crum HillI parked on Bliss Rd and entered the snowmobile trail at the junction of Bliss Rd and Tilda Hill Rd - there was an arrow sign posted on a tree as a marker. The trail was overgrown in sections but passable. When I reached the maximum altitude of the trail I realized I would have to bushwhack through moderately dense forest. So, I left the trail to the left going uphill and I shortly came to the service road that is used by the power company. I came out of the brush pretty much right across from Tower 13, went around and climbed to the actual summit with a rock cairn at the top.
I didn't bother doing the 2nd summit since LIDAR has confirmed that the one with the cairn is higher.
Fortunately I marked the place where I had come out of the brush so I was able to re-enter at the same point. However, I found that there was actually another snowmobile trail on Crum Hill which at this point runs somewhat parallel but to the north and east of the one I had ascended on. I followed this back down until - checking on my GPS - it started to diverge from being parallel to the first snowmobile trail. So, I bushwhacked through the forest - much easier this time - to the west and rejoined the route I had ascended on. I followed this back down to Tilda Hill Rd.
