From Checkered DemonJust a peak-bag. Not particularly interesting hiking, but sweet views of Humphrey's and Checkered Demon. If you climb Checkered Demon, you might as well get this one too.

Traverse from CDInteresting scramble up Checkered Demon with frozen hail stuffed in every nook and cranny. Simple traverse to Locke then descended the south face to the North Lake pack station. Good loop!

SE SlopeA fun day hike from our Buttermilks campsite. Hoped to go up the Kindergarden Couloir but snow and ice were nill, so we went up the SE face to a ridge to the summit. Going to watch this one for winter 08/09
