exposure
Very exposed, but solid rock with good horns and belays. Only two spots posed difficulties and were a bit awkward. I skipped the aid, but liked knowing it was there. Fantastic.

Normal route
Miserable weather but pleasant enough route. Short route from Torino hut, easily do-able in half a day.

Traverse of the ridge
Hiked up from the Hellebroner station and started from the col. Very exposed, but never too technical. There is an aid piece in place at the most difficult section. Amazing views in all directions as noted below. My favorite was the entire Peutery ridge there over my left shoulder - when I was willing to look away from the climbing!

Normal Route SW - NE Ridge
Easy approach, then the work begins! Quite exposed in some areas and just when you think you have reached the summit, you discover this ridge has two of them! An absolutely great climb, with breathtaking views (if you dare to take your eyes off your feet!)

Route Climbed: Normal SW-NE Ridge/Arete d'Entrèves
Beautiful ridge with exposed parts and excellent views (Mont Blanc -Italian Side-, Mer de Glace, Gran Capucin, Tour Ronde etc.) Roland and I started from SW point at 10h00am, traversed the South and North Summits and arrived at NE point at 12h00. Another excellent alpine experience; "walk in the knife" !!

TraverseA bit crowded, but given the climb is short and less demanding we enjoyed the sund and the views :-)
