8 of out 10I have used these boots for 14ers, and general hiking.
Pros
`Easy to break in.
`Light
`Climbs well for a trekking boot. (edges ok, and smears ok).
Cons
` It could use more cushioning.
` Only fits strap on Crampons

Asolo Fugitive GTXGood for feet requiring low-volume boots; never blistered me despite 14+ continuous hours on scree. I don't like these with crampons, though.

Asolo Fugitive GTXPerfect for my foot which is long and skinny with a little arch. I have never had blistering problems in the mountains or in desert canyons. I agree with "poor climber", a little more cushioning wouldn't hurt.

Great boot!I've had these for 4 years now. I use Superfeet orange insoles with them. They are B0 rated, but I have used them with Black Diamond Contact Strap crampons. Obviously not for serious mountaineering, but they worked great on Mt Adams in late July.
