Wind River Range Slam Peak 24 of 29
This was our 24th peak, of a 2 week Wind River Slam where I climbed all the 13ers in the Winds and finished the Wyoming 13ers on August 3, 2020. We climbed up the Class 3 north slopes, actually packing over this peak to return to the west side of the crest by descending to the Desolation Col off the west flank of Rampart Peak.

south facing chute above the glacier
climbed from the snow bowl beneath the east buttress to the glacier then up a 50 degree snow chute to within 20 feet of the summit.

Climbed moderate snow and talus on the north side.
