Wind River Range Slam Peak 25 of 29
This was our 25th peak, of a 2 week Wild River Slam where I climbed all the 13ers in the Winds and finished the Wyoming 13ers on August 3, 2020. We climbed the incredibly classic class 4 east ridge after packing over Bastion and Rampart from the east side of the crest. This was one of our favorite routes on the whole trip and a great scramble.
Climbed it while camping a layover day at Lake 11,085. We were heading into Scott Lake, and built in a layover day to do this climb. Great route. Worth doing.
