Someone Has a Sense of HumorIt would appear whoever put up that sign has a sense of humor! Of course, the Everglades shouldn't be discounted--there are some pretty rigorous hiking "trails" if you're willing to get yourself wet and brave the 'gators and croc's!

I Hope You Don't Mindmrh--Someone was complaining on another group (JK-Forum, for 07 Jeep Wrangler owners) about how flat FL is, so I linked this image into a response there. :-)

Re: I Hope You Don't MindNo problem. I'm pretty easy about photo use around here.

Oh my God!I've seen so many pictures of formidable rock walls, enormous and seemingly invincible mountains and breathtaking wilderness areas in the United States, but this just outdoes it all! I never knew there was anything of THAT sort of a dimension in the U. S. - with such an extreme exposure, hanging glaciers and overhanging cliffs that make the Alpamayo in Peru or even Mount Fitz Roy dwindle into complete insignificance! I can't find any words to tell you how much I admire you for having tackled this giant, even though, as you say, it was by a narrow margin...The risk you took was surely an enormous one!
