Didn't make it. It was so windy that I was crawling along the summit ridge to keep from getting blown off. Decided that discretion was warranted. I'll be back. What a huge chunk of limestone!!
Went straight up along the spine of the summit ridge, rather than look for the easier variation I'd read about. Made for a good time - the ridge is a treat. I left a wool cap up on that mountain somewhere...gotta look for it next time I'm there.
3/15/09 - returned with DB and Ellen & Aaron Johnson. A wonderful half-day out with good folks.

Route Climbed: Standard route to north ridge Date Climbed: Mar 20, 2005Followed the chute up to a saddle, and then the crest of the summit ridge the rest of the way--an easy scramble, but with some enjoyable third class.
