Horse`s hoof fungus

Horse`s hoof fungus (Fomes fomentarius)- "Hubiak pospolity". This mushroom grows on dead or live beech and birch trees. It is very common in the Low Beskid. It is inedible. The Low Beskid - Magura National Park - Nature Preserve "Kornuty"(830 m) August 19, 2008.
