Bramble Hell
Started at the trialhead for the Inspiration Point hike, then cut off that trail to head up to Arlington and Cathedral peaks, then went through "bramble hell", a thicket in a valleyt between Cathedral peak and La Cumbre peak. I got off the trail multiple times, at points crawling on hands and knees under the branches and brush. If you are doing the same route, go to the far left pathway to get through bramble hell to the base of La Cumbre Peak for your own good, it was miserable.
Run up from Rattlesnake via the connector. Connector is GD steep and hard, the rest is terrific!! Done it four or five times. I really like the paved road for some of the trip to the top.

While visiting friends in Santa Barbara
drove most of the way but walked the last 100+ yards to the quick little summit scramble. Great views!

Tunnel Trail
Pleasant day up the tunnel trail and continuing on up to the fire lookout. Views were exceptional.
Quick walk up, spoke with a technician on top. The following hike to Cathedral was far more enjoyable, although the trail was a bit hard to find for that one.

La Cumbre a la noche
Night time drive up via Gibraltor Rd. Wonderful lights stretching all the way to Malibu. Brightly lit oil rigs scattered across the dark sea.

East Camino Cielo Rd
Drove up on a fairly nice road albeit narrow making you wonder what was coming around the next bend. Short hike to summit with a small scramble to the highest boulder. Incredible views of Santa Barbara and coastline.

I have hiked up this peak many times via Tunnel Trail and also traversed over to Cathedral Peak for a loop hike. It's a great training hike with ~3000ft of elevation gain. The views on a clear day can be amazing.

Many timesReally miss the insane views from this great coastal peak. It was great living in the shadow this beautiful mountain.
