Overview

Here is a description of the closest cliff to Paris.
Located 100km West of the Capital, La Roque gives the opportunity to climb on an usual mixture of chalk and flint.
The rock is quite solid though. And some routes offer some very technical moves.

With a beautiful scenery on La Seine, you will climb in a quiet atmosphere.

Getting There

From Paris, take Motorway A13 west bound.
At exit 17, go on to road D316 north bound up to Les Andelys, then follow La Seine for a few kilometers to reach the cliffs.
104km away, easy peasy ;o)
