I believe this is a Lacerta Muralis. Not at all sure just a guess and also is it native. With these very warm days we have had down here in the South East of Kent in The UK. I was out on the Grain Peninsular snapping shots of Power Stations and Pylons when I saw this basking on logs near some old wrecked tins and dumped car parts. Just as I got this shot it darted off so I think that look is a look of anger...? That day when out on the Grain I even saw an Adder snake. To quick for me it was gone off the sand bank before I had a chance.
