My Wife and I visited RMNP in late September 2010 as a practice trip for our upcoming Kilimanjaro Trip. We had gorgeous weather every day except for the day we tried to climb Long's - go figure. We loved the park so much that we decided to take our 4 kids for a visit the following summer. The weather on Long's was much more agreeable this time around and my oldest son and I were able to easily make the summit this time.
