Many times
Like many people who spent summer vacations in the Montreat/Black Mountain area, I used to saunter, wander, power-walk, or otherwise make my way up Lookout at least every year. The fondness I developed for Lookout led me to put up this page. The 2012 ascent logged in this entry was my fastest ever, 10:59 from parking to Little Lookout--this kind of time trial isn't the recommended way to enjoy the scenery, but a fun lung-stretcher once in awhile!
