Monkey Face from the north...
Monkey Face from the north (top of the First Kiss Route on the Kiss of the Leppers Buttress). The West Side Cave can be seen near the top and on the right side of the pillar. The easiest way up the pillar (Pioneer Route) climbs to the notch between the left side of the pillar the main wall. Prominent face is the north face of the pillar; face seen on the left is the east face (Oct. 25, 2003).
