Took the same way up McCannster did. You have to search for the steps. Take caution once on top of the rocks, they tend to chip away easily at the edges.

Monument Rocks
There are chopped steps on the side of one of the rocks that grant access to one of the summits. Spent an awesome afternoon/evening/night here with friends. Great place and awesome landscape.
