That was a fun climb. The avalanche bulletin that day said that the new fallen snow that we were snowshoeing through had a 4% density! I can only imagine how much we would have sank down without them!
This Thursday I'll be putting up a new route on Lassen Peak that I did last week. I've got a lot of good hero shots for that one!
I had made this page way back in the days of SP1 when people were more uptight on if a mountain was 'worth' a page. Combining these 3 barely seemed like enough to submit them!
I guess the SP community has changed, although I've been away for so long, I don't know about doing the page separation myself. Any idea what would be a good protocol to call for volunteers? I'd be happy to trim down/take down the page as the mountains get their own page.
Church Fork and Mt Aire are roughly 1.5 miles apart with a pass that is 500 feet below Church Fork and 800 feet below Aire. Millvue seems to be about 2.25 miles away from Aire with a pass nearly 500 feet below Mt Aire and 800 feet below Millvue. With those stats, I would agree separate pages are warranted. I'll see if I can help set them up if I'm not too swamped by work.
Sounds good! With the new SP, I think they should be separate pages, but as I no longer live in the area, I think that is a good excuse for someone more local to pick up the torch :-)
Let me know if you do anything. If you make pages for both, I'll remove this one, or if you make just one page, I can change this one to work as the other summit.

Re: some images here don't belongDo you mean the photos that are on Mt Church? (vs. Church Fork Peak). I'll take care of those.

Separate?Mark, since these peaks are a fair distance apart, it may make sense to separate them into different pages.
