10-15 days is tough if you don't have altitude already on your side. Our Colorado team summited in 11 days and that was pushing it--after 3 months of 14er training. To give fair coverage one airline you didn't mention is Talkeetna Air Taxi (TAT). Cheers!
While I enjoyed your trip report...there are quite a few typos in it. Usually I wouldn't nitpick however I've thought about and feel I have to say something. Great pictures and well formatted. I just think you should go back and do some editing.
