Me leading Mulah, on California Ridge, a very enjoyable route. It is rated 5.10a, but feels like 5.9 or so. The first three bolts were spinners!

Nothing I hate more

than spinners. I barely reach the bolts placed by much taller climbers to begin with. And trying to clip while climbing through a hard part can be a bitch. I have taken falls doing that.
Great photo. It looks steep.

I use "spinners" when I go fishing.

Geez, are you telling me those things spin
around? Tall climbers must have an advantage!

No, Larry, they don't all spin. Only the ones that the holes aren't drilled deep enough, or the nut hasn't been tightened.
You should have no problem clipping the spinners.
