great page! Especially the story of the first climb ... well... kind of happy end .... better than the K2-story ... It reminded me of a similar story of my former boy-friend. He did an unplannend bivouac on 7500 m on the Nanga Parbat. He could not climb down anymore because of fog ...it was less than -30°C... no sleeping bag, of course, nothing to drink anymore ... half dead ....
Now to your page: I think it would be useful if you add kind of an routes overview and a few sentences, although only very few people of SP, I guess, plan to climb it ... And could you perhaps add bookstore-links (also concerning a map) and make all links work (with the html-command)?
Thanks R. Information on this mountain is not easy. Especially routes. I will search out some book links for sure. These will have some information but the images will be copyrighted so that opens another issue. Cheers William
It is a very good page, but the historical errors I commented several months ago have not been corrected. E.G. Karl Maria Herrligkoffer died in 1991 not in 1934. I hope these errors will be removed as the rest of the page is good and nice reading.
Thanks for the vote. Yes those images could be sharper. I can not play with these only the submitter can control this. So that is the best we can dotill someone submits better images. Thanks again and Cheers William
I am essentially baby sitting this page as the previous maintainer left the site. If you have information on these approaches please add and I will include on the page. Unfortunately it is hard for me to add first hand information as I have not been there.
Sorry Cheers William

Untitled CommentThanks. I wish I could make it better. I don’t expect to be in Pakistan in the near future. This peak is out of my league. Cheers William
