If you're looking for somewhere to camp near Woodall, Tishomingo State Park is about 15 miles south of there. It's a ~20-minute drive down SR-25; make a left onto CR-90 and follow the signs. They have primitive campsites for $13.50 (including access to a bathhouse) and (presumably more expensive) sites with water and electricity. The park is home to lots of wildlife and interesting rock outcroppings, too... honestly, it's more scenic than the high point. Anyway, I had a good stay there on my southern highpoint swing.

Gate is goneLooks like the gate has been totally removed. Saw no sign of it.
