Over Wielki Staw towards Śnieżka
Looking over Wielki Staw (Great Tarn) and the adjacent moraines towards Śnieżka – a view from the green trail that is the most convenient descent route from Słonecznik. The mountain hut, now known as Strzecha Akademicka, used to be called Hampelbaude and is believed to be the oldest mountain hut in the Karkonosze.
