I actually did this two days in a row, First day started at visitor Center, down into Painted Canyon to Paddock Creek, Rim, Talkington and Jones Trails (18.5 miles). Second Day did North Petrified Forest, Maah Daah Hey, Big Plateau, Paddock and up Painted Canyon Taril (20.3 miles).
