CMC trip. We hiked up the Colorado Trail from Copper Mountain Far East lot. There were supposed to be 5 of us, but one car apparently got lost on the way to the trailhead, so it was just 3 of us. The weather was great: mostly sunny and warm. It was a little hazy, maybe from wildfires burning to the west. We got Peak 5 and I also got Peak 6 on the way back. These were the first of the numbered Tenmile Range peaks I've climbed.

Tenmile Ridge Run
9/19/10: Started in Frisco, ran the ridge from Royal all the way to Peak 8 and then down to Breckenridge. Took the free county bus back to my car, great to have that so you can do this solo!
10/17/15: Royal to Peak 5, then back to Town on Miners Creek and Peaks trails, great way to get the best scrambling when solo or w/o a car shuttle.

Beautiful area. Sunny in the morning, cloudy after I left summit. Began to rain when I was literally 1 minute away from reaching my car. Perfect timing.
