Philippe Gaussot interviewed in the Dauphiné Libéré premises in the center of Chamonix Chris and Don as soon as they came down from their 1rst ascent. By then, they were quite tired and longed for the shower that Snell (the other British benefactor in Chamonix, although he was Amarican) had proposed to them.
