I'm looking for a partner to try Shasta's Casaval Ridge sometime in May. I tried a year ago in April and got turned back high up by the weather. You should know how to use crampons and an ice ax and have some snow/winter camping experience. I have a good mountaineering tent. The specific date depends on the weather. The trip will probably take two or three days from the SF Bay Area.

Anyone also interested in Rainier's Liberty Ridge in early June, drop me a line. Add crevasse rescue skills for this trip.
