Description
I live in telluride and am looking to start doing some ice climbing and winter mountaineering. I have basic rock climbing and mountaineering skills, know how to handle a rope and have my own gear for most stuff (no pro). I am comfortable in the backcountry and have a WFR. I also have a car and am willing to drive a little ways for climbing.
I would love to go to Ouray and play in the ice park or do some winter summits on Wilson Trio/Sneffels etc. Also interested in BC skiing and am an expert level on teles. I am available mondays and tuesday through april and want to get out.
Open to pretty much anything

| Group of three Texans will be at Ouray Ice park Jan 5 to 8 Saturday thru Tuesday, to climb ice at the ice park. We can accommodate you if you need a partner for a day. Must have own gear and some experience belaying, Ice Park card and reasonably pleasant. We are all over 50, avid weekend mountain climbers and have stories to tell.
