Liba was kind enough to climb it with me for her umpteenth visit no doubt. Had the area to ourselves including a quick dip in the river. Surreal place. Two incredible trad routes behind it I have yet to identify, not on Mountain Project as of 2020. One is an obvious OW on the varnished wall and one is a jagged corner just right of the bolted arete to the left of the varnished (they call it Black Wall I believe) wall. Need beta on these routes if anyone has any. The camp ground is descent. A good fall reconnaissance is in order.

Stunning tower. Certainly one of the best in Colorado if not the whole desert SW. We will undoubtedly climb this one again (……and again…..)! Cheers!

Great tower, incredible setting, and the whole area with a lot of climbing potential.
August 28, 2016 - 2nd time with three Czech men!!!! lovely lovely outing.
June 1st, 2020 - 3rd time is the charm. With Dow Williams.
