This funky structure is a sauna that was built on Alsek Lake, Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska. Our raft group teamed up with a large group of Canadians to create this little bit of luxury in the wilderness. Rocks were heated in a large fire, dragged into the structure, covered in herbs and doused in water (beer not reccomended!). The structure was built with driftwood, ropes, tarps... and duct tape of course.
