Tall guy!It seems that every time you post a photo of Michael, he is several inches taller. I wish I was growing like that when it was time for me to grow.

I am getting used to looking up when talking to him. You are right, he is now over 6 feet tall, and I am wondering when he will stop. The advantage is that he is a very fast hiker now with his long legs, and I have a hard time to keep up with him.

Was it low in sodium? I heard that Swiss cheese is very low in sodium, followed by
I think Limburger; as opposed to hamburger.

Re: Tall guy!With more running you'll be able to beat him in no time! ;-) Believe me, I would know, for years I've had asthma which made running and hiking very difficult and slow, now I'm the trail blazer in deeper snow. But if I were smaller, I would prefer to be called mini! Partly because it sounds cooler in my opinion.

I actually used to be a runner. I did 16 marathons, including Boston. Good luck with your asthma.
