The Polo Field and Windy Corner

June 7th, 2008 - The Polo Field and Windy Corner, where most teams placed their first cache. We pushed on and placed our cache at the 14k camp before moving camp up there the following day. Temperatures were searing, and although my thermometer's reading in the 90s may have been off, I felt like I was in a sauna even when I stripped down to short sleeves and pants.
