GREAT TRIP!

I liked so much your trip report, I done the same trip many many times and everyone was totally different but amazing aswell. Weather on those volcanoes changes very often and is hard to know about weather on the top. The only sure is a quiet weather is very rare. Just one thing, you mentioned wrongly "Yubacapa", correct name is "Yepocapa". Thanks for sharing us this great experience.

Thanks for the good word Christian!

We loved our time there and would love to return at some point.

Re: GREAT TRIP!

I noticed that you're looking for action and nice trips. Well, when you come back to Guatemala, try to visit Volcan Santiaguito, the most technical climb and trekking from Guatemala. And with more explosions that Volcan Fuego. http://www.summitpost.org/mountain/rock/442444/Volcan-Santiaguito.html
