how many do you count?
Are there any mountain lions in this area? They usually keep the population of the other wildlife in check.

Thank you for the comment Marc. Yes, mountain lions do live in Red Rocks and also the rest of the Spring Mountains. To be honest I didn't even think about counting burros. I just enjoyed looking at them. They kept shielding the little one with their bodies once we got closer. It was a challenge to get a good look at him/her(?) Cheers.
