"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Sketchy even by Zion standards4/8/2012 - First attempt with my little bro and his buddy. Turned around on steep crux slabs on South Buttress. I'm a seasoned Zion veteran and this peak is way meaner than I was expecting, fitting only for those with plenty of Zion experience and a burning desire to stand on the summit. Much objective risk even by Zion standards. I almost pulled a rock the size of a table top down on myself during the descent.
11/24/2012 - Returned with Dom to get the job done. Up South Buttress and down North Ridge... which I can't recommend. The North Ridge is narrow, scary loose and hard to downclimb. We rapped once near the top and once at the bottom. To rap the slab crux on the South Buttress you'd need 2 60m ropes but this is a safer alternative. I will never climb Ant Hill again.
