Great trip report, Dean. This was an amazing day. I didn't even care about the 21 miles that we had to walk, I was just grateful to have you and Andy that actually wanted to hike this thing with me. I honestly never thought I was going to get this one after giving up with Greg, but it felt wonderful to stand on top especially with 2 amazing hikers. Thank you so much for all the nice comments and you are a great friend.
Thanks Eric, it felt great to get that one. If I ever go back, I'll take my mountain bike with me or you could run a lot of it (good marathon training). ; )
Approximately how long (in terms of hours) did it take you to do the whole 21 mile trip? Thinking of doing it this Spring.
Sounds like it was a great trip for you all - thanks for sharing!

I believe it was about ten hours from start to finish which included time spent on the summit for lunch. If you do in the spring, be sure to find out how high the Price river is running.
With all the snow in southern Utah, it might be a bit higher than usual. Regardless, have fun and I look forward to your report.

Re: Congrats! Thanks Mike, it actually went by pretty fast. This one would make a great mountain bike type hike. The key would be getting the bike across the river.

I'm inspiredAnd I had in my head this was more of a "dumpster diver" peak. I'll put it at the top of the ajenda and hit it this spring with the mountain bike.
