I guess that one can be added...do you have any better photos of it? I am classifying "rocks" as either a pile of boulders (or a single boulder) and stuff with less than 50 feet of prominence...the typical minimum length for a single pitch.
Here is a photo of "The Pear" from Mountain Project: http://www.mountainproject.com/images/72/50/105967250_medium_a1804a.jpg
I will try to remember to bring a camera next time I'm at Lumpy to get a photo.
Both "Dicker's Peck" & Devils Thumb have only 40' of interpolated prominence. I'm not sure if you want to remove those or maybe change the prominence criterion to 40' since that is the contour interval most commonly found on maps of Colorado...
All I know about Lumpy Ridge is that it is a cragging area and I need a lot of convincing to add peaks to this list that are in cragging areas. Are those peaks "cool" or do they have an adventurous feel to them?
Lumpy Ridge encompasses a huge area and in fact "Window Rock" is not considered to be included in this area. Both peaks don't have a trail leading to them, are rarely climbed and offer some real exposure, so I would say yes to the cool/adventurous feel.
I'm not sure you should be using that as a criterion, though. Does Rabbit Ears Peak have an adventurous feel when a popular 4x4 road leads right to the base? How about Dog Head, which is literally in someone's backyard?
I haven't climbed West Eolus, but I've seen it from the high basin between the S and W ridge of Mt Eolus, and it sure doesn't look like Class 3-4 territory -- anyone been there?

Re: More 5th Class PeaksAdded Castle Mountain and Achonee Tower. Not adding the other 2. Perhaps make your own list and call it "Summit Boulders"

Re: And MoreSounds good...Yeah I didn't think about the contour interval on topo maps. That is probably a better criteria. I'll add The Pear. Thanks
