Another shot from just to the left of the overlook. This is all the highest terrain in SC. Off in the distance, hidden by the haze, is the ridgeline composed of Table Rock and, beyond, Sassafrass Mountain.

just a little closer...

Darn it. Just a little closer shot, and we can get some more photos on my Sassafras page. I hope you get a distance shot if you get back out there.

I hope to get over the Sassafrass later this month, or early in September. There are some mountains over in that direction that I want to add to Summitpost.
