From JBL with Gothics and UWJ
Spent a couple of days at Peggy O' in January and one day did the Gothics, Armstrong, UWJ loop. Also did Armstrong in August of 1995 as part of a Great Range Traverse.
I did this back in July too,but it was raining terribly that day.Along with Sawteeth,Gothics and both Wolfjaws there were no veiws of anykind.I'm glad that the winter trip was much more successful!!

Great Range winter climb
This was a wonderful day full of excitement.Very nice summit with a few tough spots on the ascent.There was a ladder with some ice that was alittle difficult,otherwise a fairly easy trek

There was another mountain there?!
I guess I wasn't successful, as I must've wizzed right by the peak. Had a thunderstorm brewing up to the South. Right after Gothics I heard some thunder and *BAM* I was outta there!

Cloudy and Rainy
Did with Gothics. The weather was pretty crappy, but still a fun hike. I did Lower and Upper Wolf Jaw Mountains the exact same day but the year before.

Wolf Jaw Lean-to -> Gothics -> Armstrong -> U. Wolfjaw -> Wolf Jaw Lean-to
Part of a three day camping trip. Left my full pack at the lean-to and day hiked these three. Lots of people on top of all three since it was Columbus Day weekend. Beautiful day and great views though. High Peak #11.

Armstrong Mountain
Climbed with Gothics via Range Trail from the Ausable Club. Great views all around. Although I'm convinced the hike back to the Ausable Club along the access road is at least five miles longer than any guidebook will tell you (or at least it feels that way).

Giggling girls
This was part of an 18+ mile loop that included Upper Wolf Jaw, Armstrong, Gothics, Saddleback, and Basin. There were a dozen giggling girls on the summit.

Gothics, Armstrong, Upper Wolf-JawAfter gothics, nice views. They put a ladder in one section that used to just have a cable that was a little tricky.
