1st: 9/7/09 - Climbed via the north ridge at the end of a traverse from Booth Mountain and PT 12430 A. North ridge had some easy scrambling. The basin below this peak on the north side has a great meadow and some nice solitude away from the popular Booth Falls trail.
2nd: 1/27/19 - Ski with Rachael, Ben, Anna-Lisa and Tim
3rd: 4/11/20 - Solo Ski
4th: 10/23/21 - With Lindsay

SW Ridge on AT's. Dan and I made the summit in 3 1/2 hours, but skiing down was tough (becuase I don't alpine ski) and becuase of terrible variable snow conditions. Good fun on a beautiful day!

Beat by the Bald - Route: Same old SW Ridge
Got up to tree line, but couldn't go any further. Beautiful day though, and got some great pics. Will post them up soon.

Climbed on a gorgeous day with pals Eric H. and Seth. Telemark touring and A/T is the ideal form of travel. There are some possible descent variations skiing into Spraddle Cr. or Middle Cr. Wind loaded avalanche conditions kept us from risking it. Descended same route with the exception for a few good powder runs along the ridge. Great views into the Summit/Eagle county line, Vail Ski Area, Holy Cross Wilderness.

Did this one with Kane during a spell of really nice weather. Great views up there. I was on a pair of rickety skis and was having a real problem coming down. My right ski pre-released down near the bottom and continued down the hill while I was eating snow from my faceplant. I thought for sure it was going to go through somebody's windshield on the interstate below.

Ski Bald MtnGorgeous scenery but funky snow on the way down - tough in tele skis. Lovely day, nonetheless.
