Beautiful view towards W from Vaganski Vrh summit - highest peak of Velebit. In the foreground you see cliffs of Crljeni Kuk (1.661 mtrs), followed by Veliki Golić (1.265 mtrs) and Bojin Kuk (1.110 mtrs) near Veliko Rujno plateau. Further behind you can see part of Pag and Vir island. Far in the distance are islands Molat, Olib, Dugi Otok... Jun 2009.

Yes, but what is the name

of the body of water holding the islands ???

Is that the Adriatic Sea?

And ... is it TRUE that a fault beneath the
Adriatic Sea will eventually join the land
masses of Italy and Croatia together ???
