Beyond a notorious knife-edge ridge located immediately northwest of Cleveland Mountain, from a nearby alpine basin, located in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness of Washington.
Bypassing the rocky and cliffy knife-edge ridgetop on its west side is perhaps the most recommended way around. This photo was taken at a tiny saddle located immediately beyond (south) of the rocky knife-edge section, looking back at where the ascent bypassed up around the cliffs above.
